Tipping maintenance

I tip Mousekeeping if the service is good. Needless to say, I haven't tipped Mousekeeping in quite a few years.

Seriously though, sometimes you just have to let cast members do their jobs, Disney is already paying them. I honestly don't know why people are so eager to throw their money away?

I'm happy to tip housekeeping, bellmen and waiters - or if I request something like a babybed or extra towels. But I'm not tipping for something that should have been in working condition upon arrival or during my stay. I've gone into a Disney resort room and there was no soap or shampoo. I'm not tipping for housekeeping to come back with my personal cleaning supplies. Now if my kid throws up in the middle of the night and they come with clean sheets and take the dirty ones, I'll be getting out my wallet.
