Tipping for airport transfer?

Do we really not need the tip the person helping us with luggage and driving us from the airport?? The documentation says to just tip the adventure guides, but I think it might feel awkward to thank the person for their help without tipping.

That’s correct, and it hasn’t been awkward in our experience. They are already well-compensated by Disney.

Agreed. I discussed it with one of the drivers once, and he said they are WELL compensated by Disney. (And I asked just because I was curious. It has NEVER felt awkward.)
