Hmm... I'd say look on the receipt before you add more. I was about to say they don't automatically add it, like the drink servers do by the pool, but we've been getting Palo for free for so long that we just figure if our bill would be $100, we should tip 20%, or $20.

Gratuity for alcohol is auto included. Gratuity for the server is not included and added on by you above the alcohol gratuity

An 18% gratuity is included in the menu price; any additional amount is at the Guest’s discretion.
