Tipping at CRT?

I prepaid for our breakfast at CRT, but I have never been there before. So I am wondering do you tip? What about other charecter meals? We have ADRs for Ohana breakfast and CM for dinner. I want to make sure to tip if that is expected, I am just not sure.

I believe the tip is included when you prepay for CRT.
