Seems lots of you are wanting to know how long it takes to get to WDW. Check this site www.freetrip.com We've used this for several years and it is great. Very accurate and they're adding new features all the time. Get it a try! We were only 15 mins off the time, but we took a little longer at one stop. I ended up inserting my routing into a spreadsheet and put the time we were leaving in (thereby calculating time of arrival). It was great since I could look at the sheet and see where we should be at a given time. Really cool!

You can also divide your trip up. Say, you want to go to a particular city first, then WDW. It allows this. Even give fuel costs!

THANK YOU so much for this website! I have oodles of mapping sites bookmarked, but never saw this before. It's wonderful. We're flying to Orlando for our next Disney trip, but I'll be using this next month when we travel to VA to visit family for the holidays! I LUV these boards!

Just wanted to add that we love that website! We have used it for our last three drives to WDW! We always arrive within about a half hour of their projected time, so it must be pretty accurate!

Hey thanks. I just used the site to give me a route back to my old home town in Massachusetts. The first attempt it was a way I would not go. Too long & round about. But, then I asked it to avoid toll roads. Right on the money that time. Shorter time and shorter mileage. Just the way we drive it now adays. I bookmarked it to my Travel file.

How cool!! I've always wondered how long it would take to drive from Chicago. I favor flying as it's so neat to be in FL in a little over two hours, but nowadays, who knows?!
