Tip the carpet cleaners?

I have Stanley Steemer cleaning my rug right now...do I tip the guys? They only have to move 1 couch. First time have a rug cleaned. I know I must be in a minority but never had wall to wall before.

I have them clean my floors often and never tip.

We have ours done every 3-4 months and don't tip.
