Can anyone tell me the quickest way to get a live person when calling CRO to make a reservation? Thank You for the help.

I have a theory (only a theory) that the quickest way is to call the 407 number, not the 800 number, and to select the 4 or more times been there with once since 2002. Of course that's true for me so I can select it, but I've never had to wait more than a few minutes.

Pretend that you don't have a touch tone phone and don't press any buttons?

We've called on many occassions over the last several months, different days of the week and different times of the day and never had to wait more than a minute or two. We always use the 407 number.

I always use the 407 numbers. I don't know if this makes a difference or not, but I don't think that I have ever waited longer than four or five minutes.
