Tip for Illuminations cruise skipper?

How much do you usually tip the boat driver for an Illuminations Cruise? Actually, given the price of the "cruise" it seems a bit extreme to have to tip additionally, but I guess these days everyone is looking for a bit extra just for doing their jobs.

Hi... I just tipped $20.00.. there was only 2 of us and it was pouring rain, a rather miserable night.... the scenic ride was cut short because of the weather.

The captain seemed very appreciative... of course it was dark and rainy, he might have thought it was a 50.00 - lol
