Here is a picture of my daughter and I last month at Disney On Ice, I have put a lot of my information on the thread where there are pics, but i'll share again here!
I am a 28 year old single parent of one 8 year old daughter, we live in upstate NY between the Adirondack Park and 1000 islands/Lake Ontario region. Exercise won't be as much of a problem now that the weather is getting warmer, I enjoy taking long walks and running when i'm in better shape, and it's so good to see results from that. I am doing the Atkins diet, allowing myself 30-40 carbs a day. The main challenge that faces me is at work, when people always want to order out from the local pizza joint. I'll be ok if I can just stick to my antipasto salads. So this is the first part of my journal thread. Today, March 18, 2005, and the scale for me says 206 this morning. That's good because at the beginning of last week it said 212! My first main goal is to be under 200 by the time I go to Disney, since I know I will be eating whatever I want down there so as to have a cushion.Well i'm off to take a walk! I'll update in a few days since I probably won't have time this weekend! (i'm working three 12 hour shifts in a row starting tonight) Thanks for reading this!
