Tinkerbelle Size (SINGLE) Royal Carriage Swap

I rec'ved an call at work for my dearest friend NELEP. This swap is still on, the only thing EVERYONE has to use great care with the stroller. We all have a financial investment in the stroller so it is all of our property. I ask that EXTREME care be used. Don't tighten the shoulder straps to tight, don't let let your lil one pull on the straps, please don't let them stand on the seats and backboards and use care when going over the curbs.

THIS will be a free swap. Luckily this is a short swap and if each of us use it as our very own, it should last without any problems until September. If something becomes damaged, then maybe someone would be willing to purchase and donate the broken item when you go down to use the stroller. That is totally up to each swapper. I will include in the 1st post the model number and INSTEPs phone number incase we need it. To give you an idea on what it costs to replace items...a new seat shipped to you will be around $20. It would be cheaper to take the item to Disney with you as to ship it someone would be looking at another $10 in shipping.

Does anyone have a problem with doing this? I would like to make this a free swap so we can still communicate and share vacations, make connections, update on the stroller, etc.

As I said, we ALL have an investment in the stroller. So I think the idea of making it a free swap is a good idea to stay on the boards...what do you guys think? As for the 10 days that it is open, I will simply ask someone from my other swaps to babysit the stroller.

Please tell me what you would like to do, I simply feel horrible about this and want to keep the swap going for all of the current swappers.

I do not have a problem with this at all. As you said we all have an investment in the stroller so know it is up to everyone to take amazing care of it so that it makes it through until the end.
Maddi....thank you for everything. I was having a very hard afternoon when all of this was first coming to light. I am glad that it will be free so that the thread can remain open and we can all still chat.

Thanks Maddi! Unfortunately some other stuff came up and we had to move our trip to August (oh, I've got to remember to change my ticker). We will miss out on the swap, but I hope someone who can use Tink will come along. At least we will get to take advantage of Free Dining.
I hope you all have great trips. I will definitely keep my subscription up, so I can drop in and see how everyone's trips were.

Hi swappers,
We came back Sunday but I've been so crazy busy that I haven't been able to get on. The stroller was awesome. I know that a back rest was supposed to arrive for Jess yesterday, I hope it made it. But, Rene sent me the pump and I bought a sunshade (which was awesome) and the rain cover was already there with the manual and everything. It was easy to use, and DS was comfortable, even with the broken headrest. The ongoing joke with my family was when DS would fall asleep again because he slept a lot in the parks...slept through Fantasy land our first day in MK, he slept through dinner at 1900 PF and at Kona Cafe, and many other times throughout the week...mostly in Tink! I brought down with me a bag with a zipper to store all of the accessories so they could be transported easily and if needed, stored in luggage services with the least possible chance of being lost. I handed it all of to Jess Saturday night. I hope she's having a great trip. We had terrific weather (it rained during the Country Bear Jamboree...sunny before, sunny after but wet stroller let us know it rained). That was the only rain all week!!!! And, DS was the poster child for WHY you take a 3 year old to Disney. He made the trip that much more magical!!!!
