We don't make our gifts secret. Before I leave home, I wrap small bags with tags decorated with Disney stickers ~ each one with the child's name and day of the week it's for. Then, each night they are presented with the one for that day. It's kind of a reward, and makes the driving down there more exciting.
Sometimes, it contains something they'll need the next day day in the park: like an autograph book the first day, or a pressed-penny book.
But besides cutting down on souvenirs bought inside the park, it also helps get the girls excited about leaving the park at night and getting "home" to the resort to see what they'll get next!
