Tinkerbell Dooney and Bourke bags

I read somewhere about Disneyland selling the Dooney and Bourke Tinkerbell bags at their marathon expo. I have also heard that they sold out in two hours. I am very disappointed about this because I think it would be the PERFECT gift for my mom for her birthday. Has anyone heard anything about them possibly selling it in stores, or does anyone know of anyone willing to sell?

I don't know about the tink purses, but D&B has their princess and Mickey ones on sale 30% off right now.

I have read online that you might be able to get one by calling Disney Merchandising directly. There's supposedly limited quantities left.

The Tinkerbell bags they had available for the Half Marathon did sell out at the Expo and so far nothing has been announced as far as them re-releasing the design with or without the special half marathon medallion. They were a very hot ticket item. I made sure to get to the Expo super early to be sure I got mine.

But there are no Tinkerbell ones on the D&B website. It sounds like they are pretty rare at this point. Too bad. If they don't release more of them they will be an extremely expensive collectors item.

After I posted this I saw a friend who has the letter carrier bag from Aulani. A bit too small for my everyday travel needs. I imagine the tote is too big for my needs too. Oh well.

oh my gosh, I love the medium tote! I love purple, so I have a ton of handbags in purple. This would fit the bill!

The remaining quantity was sold at a release in June I think, the same time that the new Buttons and Retro designs were released. Your only hope now is Ebay or you could ask on this Facebook group to see if anyone wants to sell.

Yup, they arrived for a limited time in May right around Mother's Day... may have even been mothers day. I do not recall seeing anything but the totes (which I picked up luckily) and they do not have the marathon dangle on them. You should keep an eye on ebay. Even the facebook group rarely sees them come up.
