Tinkerbell Costume ideas: Shoes

I am in desperate need of ideas on how to create ADULT Tinkerbell shoes very very cheap. Ive heard of people getting flats and dying them or spray painting them green. Where can I find cheap shoes? Does spraying painting really work ok? Where do I get the while puff balls?

Alot of kids are counting on this!

I assume you meant white puff balls? If so, go to a craft store like JoAnn's or Michael's. They should have them. (I would try JoAnn's first). If you spray paint them, make sure the spray paint can says it will adhere to whatever type of material you are spraying.

You can always add a big white cotton ball to the front if you don't want to just wear them the way they are.
