Not quite what you asked for but...

I have all kinds of Tinkerbell printables in my 4shared file that you can use for your party. Look in the link in my signature. Then look in the "mickeys grand welcome" file and the "tinkerbells grand welcome" subfile. There are bag toppers, a gift tag and a banner that you might be able to use for your party.
