Hey there!

My family of 15 are going to Disney in May. I am looking to make little gift bags for the little kids ages 10 months to 10 years old.

I found cute little tinker bell gift bags to put the stuff in - but what can I put in there? I am asking someone to create a t-shirt design for all of us but I am looking for little things that will be cheap but fun for them.

Any ideas????

Thanks!!
Michelle:blush:

These are fun to do. Here are some ideas:

* sunglasses
* goggles (for pool)
* glow sticks
* chap stick
* character fruit chews
* jibbitz
* disposable camera
* sets of 2 quarters and 1 penny for penny press machine

The dollar stores usually have some inspiration...lately there have been character puzzles!

Thanks those are a great start for me. I picked up stickers today too. Do they sell a lot of disney stuff at the dollar stores?

I have three main places where I pick up lots of little Disney things for $1 - the Dollar Store and Michael's and Target in their dollar bins. They always have Disney stuff. After Christmas at Michael's, they had a ton of $1 Disney stocking stuffers marked down 40% so they were 60 cents a piece. I stocked up on markers, pens, colored pencils, little notebooks, etc.

In addition to items mentioned by PP's I usually always pick up the Disney wash cloths at the DS. They are the ones that are real small and when wet expand to regular size.
Seems that kids of all ages like these and can use them as well.
Also, small flash lights are good. Especially for the younger kids when they go on a dark ride and may be scared. If the flashlight is small enough, they can turn it on and the light will be comforting to them, but not so bright as to annoy others. I found some on a lanyard type thing and DGS's loved them.

Have a great trip. All the planning and getting things ready as you are doing just adds to all the fun :cool1:

Thanks these are some awesome ideas! I totally forgot about Michaels. They always have a ton of Disney stuff in their dollar bins. I have been wanting to check out the Disney Store buy have been trying to hold off on that - I'm afraid I'll spend toooooooo much there kwim?!

Disney pj's can almost always be found on sale -- its something they'll need soon enough anyway and will certainly use again, and its always been fun for my kids to find a new pair of pjs laid out for them by tink when they get back from the parks.

I just wanted to post my bargin for my tinker bell gift bags.

I went to Michaels on Saturday and I got:

Wash off tattoo's for 40 cents
Fairy Pencils Pak (6) for 40 cents
Princess Pens Pak (5) for 40 cents

POTC Pens Pak (5) for 40 cents
Sticker books - 1.00
Word search books - 1.00
Winnie the Pooh Silly Putty - 1.00
