Tinker Bell and Friends or Buzz Lightyear Punch

I am curious if the drinks with the light up characters (Tinkerbell/Buzz Lightyear) can only be purchased at a sit down table service? If you are on QSDP, is there any way to purchase one of these clip-on lights somewhere in WDW? Thanks in advance for your help.

We bought a bunch at the bar at 50's primetime cafe in Hollywood Studios. I think that we paid $3 a piece without ordering a drink

Chiming in - does anyone have pictures of the cups/lights?

I would think that any restaurant with a bar would allow you to order them to go from there.
