Timing Updates for FP, anyone?

Hey all - I wondered whether anyone who has been to the parks in the last couple weeks might be willing to post an update on the latest distribution times for a couple of different FP.

The first is Star Tours - I'm wondering what time the FP are tending to run out for the day. I know it is early - but how early? I'm thinking the best strategy for us is to grab those FP just before we hop over to DCA for the day - that way we don't have to stand in the line at 8:00, but the two-hour window before we could get another FP wouldn't matter, since we're hopping anyway.

But I want to be sure (or somewhat sure) that there will still be FP left at 9:30 or 9:45.

The other one I'm wondering about is WOC. We'd like to go to the second show (and, no, we don't want the picnic ) and am wondering what the latest word is on timing for FP for the second show. I know Disneyland 1951 did an update a few weeks ago...but it seems these things are changing all the time, with blackout dates and summer crowds and everything else.

My friend just returned and she indicated that ST fastpasses were gone by 10:00.

Depending on the say ST FP are gone between 8:30-10:00 A.M.

Yup gone by 11:30am was just there

We were there yesterday (07/09). We grabbed a second set of FP's for ST at 9:35 before heading to DCA. Our return time was 4:10 p.m. Also, there was a consistent line for the ST's fast passes – so be sure to account for this time (5 minutes should do it).

Entered DCA, grabbed FP's for Soarin on the way to the WOC FP line. We got our 8 FP's for WOC at 9:55 – all Blue! I was surprised and happy that they were still distributing Blue by this time.

Thanks for the updates. Sounds like the time from day to day varies, but basically you can't assume Star Tours FP will still be around at 9:30.

As long as you are there for RD and get a FP for ST first thing (send your fastest speed walker with all your tickets), your plans should be fine! We did this last Saturday (07/09/11) and our return time was 8:50! I was so proud of DD13.

I must say – IJ (my personal fav) is very disappointing these days. So much of that ride is in the dark now. I’m sure I have missed some threads on this – I can’t be the only one who thinks this way.
