Timing Taxi's for ADR's

For our resort ADR's I'm looking at using taxis a few times for convenience. Could anyone tell me about how long I'd need to plan on to do the following? we have a split stay booked.

AOA to DTD
BWV to Ohana's breakfast
BWV to Kona dinner
BWV to Chef Mickeys (might bus to park and then take monorail)
BWV to Saana

You can find a pretty good estimate on the time (as well as the cost) at taxifarefinder.com

If you decide to use disney transportation from BWV to Chef Mickeys, it would be faster to walk from MK to the contemporary than to take the monorail.
