Timing question

I have PS seating arrangements for the Lilo & Stitch breakfast at 9:40. DL opens at 9am that day. We're staying at GCH.

Will I have time to run into the park and get one fast pass? It's going the be the first day for the Space Mtn overlay, so I want to get a FB as early as possible for it.

I'd like to meet my party back at the hotel - will I have enough time to do this, or should I just meet them at the breakfast?

If you're willing to put in the time, sure! But you'll only be able to get yourself a FP, if you're the only one entering a park at that time...

I'd go so you're in line *at least* half an hour before the park opens, walk briskly, get your FP, and head on out!

If you're done with that quick enough, you could even cut through DCA (opens at 9:30 for Soarin'), grab a FP for Soarin', leave through the GCH/DCA entrance/exit, meet the fam in the lobby, and head across the street on foot to PPH.

I'll probably bring one person with me so we can get two FPs (only two of us will want to ride it anyways.)

Should I be running when I do this, or will a moderate walking pace be fine?

How long does it take to get to SM from the entrance? How long does it take to get from GCH to the entrance of DL?
