Timing question?

Hi I am trying to plan the ADR for my trip in Dec. My mom really wants to eat at Boma for dinner. What would be a good time in order to get to Illuminations at Epcot or would you not do those two on the same day?

As IllumiNations in December is at 9:30 nightly you would have to figure on leaving Boma by 8:00 to get a bus to Epcot, get back to World Showcase and find a decent viewing spot before then. Backing that up, you should have your reservation at Boma no later than 6:30 so you could eat without rushing and be able to be at the bus stop by 8:00.

Personally, espeically if you were at AK that day, I would try for a 5:00 to 5:30 reservation for Boma to allow extra time for wandering in Epcot and less time pressure.
