Timing Question - US to Airport

We have a 6:45PM flight.

Plan to pack up the car in the morning, leave it at RPR, and then spend the day at US.
Ballpark - how long should it take to get from US to the car and then to MCO?

I was planning on walking out of US by 3:45.
That would allow one hour from park to airport.
Carry on only, but need time to grab some Chick Fil A before going through security! We don't have it in NY.

i used private car service this past week from the hotel to the airport.
only took 15 minutes to when i was dropped off.

if you have a rental car, add some time on to that for the check in car transactions.
