Timing question to see FOF parade

We are going to MK on 3/31 when there will be two FOF parades (noon and 3). My daughter has an appointment at BBB for 11 am and my son at the pirates league also for 11 am. My daughter then has lunch at CRT at 1 pm. Should we go to the noon or 3 pm parade? I'm planning on trying for a FP this weekend! Any help is appreciated!

If no FP, arrive in at a spot deep in Frontierland (past Country Bears) or choose a spot near Hall of Presidents about 2:15PM.
