Timing on Annual passes purchases with Disney Club

We are going home in about 40 days or so. We would like to get annual passes and take advantage of the savings we get with the Disney Club. Unfortunately, I did not plan ahead enough to be able to wait for vouchers.

Does anyone know if you can use your Disney Club card if you purchase the APs at the park? Do I have any hope of being able to use the discount at this late date?

No probelm. I purchased my PAP's with DC discount right at the MK!

How much of a discount is available with the DC ? We haven't changed our MKC into the DC. And I'm wondering what the pass discounts are?
