Timing of Window to Book w/Holding Points

What time can I book using holding points at 60 days prior? Is it 8 AM EST on-line similar to the 11 month and 7 month window? Or does it open for booking at 12 midnight? Thanks everyone.

The on-line booking system rolls to the next day at 8 AM Eastern.
