So our resale offer was made and accepted. Contracts have been signed and deposit received. When does Disney actually get our contracts for review? Should I be notified by our broker or can I just assume that once the contract has been signed it went to Disney? First time buying DVC and I have done a lot of research, but can't seem to find the answer to this question. Thanks!

In a perfect scenario your broker should contact you each step of the way. Yes your documents should have gone immediately to Disney for ROFR if both you and the seller returned your paperwork in a timely manner. But that assumes your broker sent them immediately. You can read here where people have had mixed results with broker communication, and action on their contracts. Your best bet is to reach out to your broker with your questions. Hopefully you will get timely responses. Good luck, and hang in there. The bright side is, there appear to be some very quick ROFR decisions lately so hopefully this part will not take too long for you.

Broker replied and my contract went to ROFR on 5/31. I'll post details on that thread and keep my fingers crossed!

Assume nothing, always ask your broker if you have a question. They're there to help. Good luck with the process! :)
