Timing of Fireworks at MK first week of December

Just booked the pirates and pals fireworks cruise and I'm trying to get an idea of the timing. The CM said as of now Wishes is Saturday night at 10:15. That seems awfully late for fireworks in December. Sunday is the christmas party and that's the day I booked for. Are fireworks typically a little earlier on party days or later on the weekends?

The fireworks during MVMCP will LIKELY be at 9:30PM.
