Timing of ADR's - lunch vs dinner, etc

I notice some places have a very small gap of time between meal times - example Biergarten says lunch ends at 330p and dinner starts at 345p. If you happen to have a 320p ressie (lunch) there - then what happens at 345p? Do they expect you to eat that fast? Are you only allowed to have the menu items that are on the lunch menu and not take any from the menu that is for "dinner" pricing? Same question in terms of Crystal Palace...if you have a late bkfst sitting and lunch starts 20min later - what happens in terms of food offerings and pricing??

We have gone to CP for earliest lunch and they do switch the food over to lunch, b ut they left all of the bagels, crossants for a bit ( i went back to get another and they were gone a half hour later).....I have also been to the buffet at the Fort Wilderness Campground, and they still had all of the breakfast stuff out and the lunch stuff. By the time we were done, the breakfast stuff had been taken away. I dont know how it works if you are at a breakfast...I would be interested to know!
