Timing for Various Reservations

I'm just beginning our planning for a trip in June. Because we didn't book until January, I know I've missed out on anything that needs to be booked at 180 days out. I know that the ADRs are for 60 days out, but is there anything I need to book at 90 days out? I'm trying to get a timeline for my priorities.

Not that I could think of? Is there anything you’re wanting to book other than Hotel, ADR and possibly G+? Do you need car rental?

Don't need a car. Was thinking special events ir experiences. Like when if African Trek booked? Do they still have the evening safari? I hate the way the website makes you call for details to sit on calls to be told it is too soon to book.
