I have had many resale purchases with Jason.
I find him to be intelligent and a
DVC expert. He has a great knowledge of current ROFR levels. He is easily reachable and reliable. He will always have me as a (repeat) customer.
Tom (The Owner) is simply a class act. Really. He and I have developed a cyber-friendship and even though we have never met, or even spoken on the phone, I know why his company is so great, it is his leadership.
I have met and spoken to Jerry, and he is great as well.
Everytime I call, I get a pleasant, live person answering the phone.
Everytime I am promised a call back, it happens quickly.
I am not 'loose' with my money, but I don't check anywhere but TTS now, even if I could save a few bucks, it is not worth it to me to risk a perfect transaction with a known company. Sort of like a $8.00 a point rental if you get my drift.
