I would really check the feedback. Also, make sure the money is not paid upfront before you see a contract. After the deposit, be certain that the balance goes to escrow. Be certain that there are no liens and the maintenance fees are current. Be sure that you what use year you are paying for; ie that you aren't paying maintenance fees owed for a year not included in the contract.
It is really risky to buy timeshare on ebay. I have heard stories of people really getting ripped off. We chose to purchase ours via a reputable business. There are other options out there. There is an ad data base on TUG2.net that lists resales, there is redweek.com, timesharewholesalers.com as well as the timeshare store that sponsors the DVC board. They also sell other timeshares.
Do you homework. There is a lot of information on TUG about buying resale. Study awhile before you buy.
