Times for Fast Pass+

I am a couple days shy of 60 days from my trip and I am trying to get my Fast Pass+ ideas together. I know they have added that you can get more than 3 fast pass+'s. Prior to this change, my plan was to schedule all of my fast pass+ for the afternoon/evening and take advantage of shorter lines in the morning. Now that you can get more fast passes after you use all of your first 3, I am not sure how that changes things?

Anyone been there and seen how long the lines at the kiosks are? For the fast pass+'s after the original 3 I know you have to get them at an actual kiosk and not on a device. Trying to gauge if the kiosk lines are super long and not worth the wait.
