Times for booking fp+, dining etc..

I am having a moment. Would anyone be able to correct me if this is wrong?

Fast pass can be made 60 days out and can be made online at 7am EST?
Dining can be made 180 days out online at 8am EST?

I do this all the time but someone asked me and I doubted myself so I wanted to double check....lol. Thanks!

If I remember correctly, dining is also 7 AM EST, and you can also call in at 8. It has been a year for me though, so I could be off. I just remember waking up really early to do it.

Dining is 6 am, FP 7am, and DVC reservations are at 8 am EST. I only know because I’m west coast and dining and FP days are painful.

Yes. That's right. 5 am central, so 6 eastern for dining. I remember it being really early...

The parks are filled to capacity, so it is best to reserve your dining in advance. If you do it at exactly 180 days out you may be fighting a few extra people, but I don't think the majority of people get online first thing to reserve dining.
You may need to come up with backup plans for the hardest to get reservations, though, just to be safe.

Thanks. I will plan ahead to know what I am doing these days. We end up doing signature restaurants so hopefully, we will be able to get them.

Are there any special menus for Christmas eve and Christmas day??
