Not typically, no. They are often available well into the 7-month window. But it depends on the time of year.

In the past (but not every year), they have sometimes disappeared right at 11-months out for time during the first two weeks of Dec and time around NYE, and, like many other things, they disappeared right at 11-months out for Sep 30 through Oct 2, 2021 (Oct 1 started the 50th year anniversary celebration of WDW).

Also remember that the refurbishment for AKV Jambo is coming up very late 2026. So they will be taking quite a few rooms down at a time to do this. At Kidani they took half out at a time.

For January, the resort (previously called standard) view studios are usually open at 11-months out in Jan except for some risk otherwise the first couple days of Jan. If what you want to know is likely availability at 7-months out for Jambo resort view studios for time in Jan, it is likely to be highly difficult to reserve first couple of days in Jan, the race weekend (Jan 6-10 in 2027), and MLK weekend, and other times of the month can also be difficult because three or more days in a week could be gone.

Also note that it is incorrect that those studios are often availalble at 7 months out during many times of the year. The chart cited to above takes you to the chart for for savanna view studios and Jambo resort view studios usually book full for multiple days in a week before savanna view studios during much of the year.
