I have to cram 6 parks into 5 days!!...the parks are.....MK,Epcot,Universal,AK,Discovery Cove and Sea World!! Any ideas??? Please help!!! :earseek: princess:

YOU DID NOT SHARE WHY YOU "HAVE TO" but my sincerest advice would be to cancel two parks. Unless you are seriously not an average vacationer I fail to see how you can appreciate ANY of your days in ANY of the parks.

After you have done those four determine which one or two you still CANNOT go home without having done.

I live right in the area and the Disney parks are definately my HAVE TOs. Don't forget to consder that EPCOT has a Swim with the Dolphins offer as well. There may be reasons you preferred the other one over Disney's. Incase you did not know about Disney's here's some info:
Disney’s Dolphins In Depth is an in-depth, behind-the-scenes experience to learn more about the dolphins and research at The Living Seas, as well as to increase awareness and appreciation for their counterparts in the wild. Most importantly, you will meet them up close and personal, in the water! You are guaranteed to get wet, and most likely splashed, by our resident dolphins.
It is our hope that we will educate guests with valuable information that will provide a better understanding and a heightened appreciation for these marvelous creatures.
Duration:3 hours
Location and Time:Meet at 9:45 a.m. Monday through Friday, guests will be greeted at the Guest Relations window outside the main entrance of Epcot.
Restrictions:Guests must be at least 13 years old to attend this program.(Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult)
Wetsuits are provided but guests must bring their own swimsuit. Guests will be getting in the water up to their waist for 30 minutes.
Cost: $150 per person; includes a photograph with the dolphin, refreshments, and a T-shirt. Theme park admission is not required or included.
Some discounts do apply

There is also the EPCOT DIVEQUEST
A 40-minute dive adventure in The Living Seas aquarium with over 65 species of marine animals that lasts 2 1/2 to 3 hours offered daily from 4:30pm & 5:30pm.

Age Limit is 10 years and older
Ages 10 - 14 must dive with a parent or guardian who is at least 18 years old
Proof of current SCUBA "open water" adult certification is required.

$140 per person, Theme Park admission is not required. Includes dive and gear, locker room, free T-shirt, certificate, stamp and refreshments.

If I haven't helped perhaps I've at least give you some ideas about how to keep it down to fewer parks and get the same number of things done.

Time is one of your most precious commodities while you are in Orlando area.

I can't imagine 6 parks in 5 days. I don't have any suggesstioms unless there are a lot of things you are not interested in seeing. We do just WDW in 9 days been there before and still don't get to see or do everything

I'd personally just skip AK or spend half the day in AK and half the day in Epcot one day.

I think if you have been there before you can do that. You just have to pick all of your favourite attractions and go on them, hoping for short lineups.
If you have never been there before I don't think that is a good idea because all you will do is run and not enjoy it at all.
Sometimes you have to stop and just look around you, that is when you see some of the best things.

Your counter said your first trip - I would be careful not too burn yourself out trying to do too much and not get to enjoy yourself.

You did not mention who was going?? Are there kids???

Honestly, I would skip Sea World and Discovery Cove. There's not much to do at Sea World, at least not as much as there used to be. In my opinion, it has gone downhill in the last few years. Only spend half a day at AK, and maybe spend the other half at Disney Studios - you didn't mention it but I think it's pretty cool park and that you should go there for even half a day. ::yes::

I don't think you should attempt it. You're going to burn yourself out and not appreciate WDW the way it should be appreciated. If you do have kids with you, they won't enjoy it either. You'll need a vacation from your vacation:faint: Good luck with whatever you do!

OK so im back from trip..i did get burnt out and i skipped 2 parks and they were the 2 i wanted to see....AK wasnt that great....and it rained ALL day and MK so i didnt get to see or do anything there either all i did was space mountain..so i missed epcot and mgm....but i also hurt my back and had to come home early but were plannin a 2 wk trip for next year!!

Sounds like an overly ambitious plan. We were in great condition and ran out of energy after 7 days at Disney, much less considering other Orlando fun.

When are you going? Weather will play a big part and it seems like you have no wiggle room if you get stuck witha rainy or cold day.

I was there just two weeks ago and did 6 days hopping between the Disney parks and 1 day at Seaworld, and 2.5 days at Universal & Islands of Adventure.

I went during a very slow period, IMO. I had no waits for anything. Seriously. BUT...

I missed alot at MGM because of pouring rain and also , despite 3 whole days at Epcot, missed a lot of the World Showcase because of on/off rain. I also did not have time for the shows at AK. (I disagree with skipping AK...everyone told us to skip it & we (two adults/no kids) LOVED it. It is not just a "zoo". But I guess it depends on your tastes. We are both animal people.

The Day I went to SeaWorld, I was FREEZING. It was a nice park but so cold that I couldn't bear to put my hands in the water to pet the dolphins.

I wish I'd only taken a day at Universal/ IOA because we hated it with the exception of a handful of attractions. But again, we are two young adults with no children.

If you are going during a potentially cooler time of year, keep in mind that FL is not exempt from cold, and sometimes bad weather.

Do you have children? This is also something to consider. Will you be able to get them away from certain things they are enjoying or really want to go back to? I had a hard time dragging a 31 year old man away from Epcot :teeth: So much so that we altered our plans and went back to Epcot a 3rd day. I can't imagine pulling a little kid away from something to keep on a tight schedule or rushing through WDW.

I'm not trying to be too critical but I really think you should consider dropping a park or two. I agree with the earlier post about looking into Epcots Dolphin thing. I assume by the fact that you have two marine life parks planned that someone in your group is very interested in this stuff. I understand completely, as I am the same way. But have you considered maybe splitting the day between SW & DC? That way you can do them both in one day. If it's nice out and not too crowded I think you can (I'm not all that familiar with DC though).

Do you have a WDW park hopper pass? If so, I would spend more time at those parks since you are basically paying for them anyway. I know the PH passes never expire but still...

I would also seriously consider dropping Universal. Maybe go to MGM instead at Disney. That's just my opinion, but I really like MGM better. They have great restaraunts, great shows, fun rides and Fantasmic. Universal, IMO, is just not comprable at all. I don't mean never check it out ever, it certainly has some merits, but I wouldn't rush around to try and get to it when you only have 5 days.

Also, by Universal, do you mean Universal or Islands of Adventure or Both?

Again, it's hard to say without knowing who is in your group, but I really think your group shoudl read over all the particulars of the various parks and consider dropping one or two, and combining SW & DC.

Well, I see you already went and returned. I am sorry you hurt your back. :( I hope you are feeling better.

I think you'll have a much better time when you go for longer :)
