Time to DOUBLE up!! 2 for 1 Pre-TR!!!!!!! TRIP REPORT HAS STARTED!!!!!!!

Congrats Kathy!!!! 15K is pretty good! I wonder who has the most posts? :confused3

Thanks...I guess. I really do need to get a grip on this though; my kids think I'm crazy.

LOL You need to get paid just for running that CSR thread. How does 1 free week a year at CSR sound? (now we need someone to sponsor you!!! LOL)

Yeah, like that is going to happen. :sad2:

we have booked our trip the past 3 years in very late Jan- or mid Feb for the first or second week of March. and I haven't had too much trouble getting the ADR's we wanted. Now I'm sure some are booked up, but I haven't had much trouble and I did get CRT last minute last trip too. I would like to try Ohana next trip, but if we can't, I'll live with it.
2 years ago we stayed offsite. I didn't know about people booking ADRs months in advance. We called while we were in Florida and got CM's dinner and another one..... can't remember now. :sad2: Last year, I booked and got everything I wanted... I think. LOL I think the FD is the crazy time to try to make ADRs.
Have you done all of the "hints" for getting a PIN code? Playing with the reservation system? Saving a bunch of vacations in different resorts for different dates? That has been triggering PIN's for lots of people on the Codes and Rates board.

They have lots of other suggestions, too...but I am almost positive that is what triggered the PIN I got that covered me for 2010.
I haven't done that. I will do it today and then cross my fingers. Thanks for reminding me about it! :thumbsup2
Yeah, like that is going to happen. :sad2:
AWWWWW Kathy! If I ever hit powerball I'd have a huge WDW party for all my friends home and on the DIS! Now I need to get to buying some powerball tickets. LOL :wizard:

That's weird about the ADRs. I think it will be worth your hard efforts.
For my trip I kept trying to get an ADR for thanksgiving lunch at T-rex; no luck! When we were at DTD I went and 85% of the place was empty. So we walked right up.
You'll love CBR . It is on my list. I might just have to cross that one off my list next trip.
I don't see why you wouldn't be able to use the adult pass for Juliana. It's not like an adult using a kid ticket. Adult tickets cost more, so why would they mind?

ADRs are such a spin of the roulette wheel. The ADR for Chef Mickeys was actually hard to get at the time we wanted--180 days out.

I never, I repeat never want to do what I did on ADR D-Day.....

There's always a van down by the river...

:rotfl2::rotfl2:
LOL I guess I could rent a van to sleep in. :scratchin:scratchin

But then it will be a van down by the canal. :confused3

I wonder why there were no ADRs available? I guess they hold seats for walk ups in DTD?

I'm thinking I'll be able to use an adult ticket for Juliana. I should ask Cheshire Figment. He will know. :surfweb:

I don't want to repeat that either. But I guess I would if I had to. :scared1: Hopefully they will just keep it at 180 days for a while. LOL :rotfl:

I missed what you are talking about using adult tickets, but if you are trying to use an adult ticket to get itn the park, Chesire told me no. I have 3 adult passes from years agoa and I asked about it and she said kids are not allowed in on them, now you might get CM who doesn;t pay attention, but you are taking a chance

Everyone here knows we all would. Just sayin'...
LOL :lmao::lmao: TRUE!

Thanks for letting me know! I have to figure out now many days I have on Juliana's ticket... I think she has 8 days... that should be enough. If I needed one more then I could have an issue. :confused3

That seems insane that you can't use an adult ticket for a child!! What a crock!

Same with adult dining credits...

I really don't understand the big deal of having a kid use an adult park ticket. :confused3:confused3

As far as the dining credits... they now combine all the CS together. A child can order an adult meal or vice versa. The TS are split.

I don't either. It would be like putting more postage on an envelope than you need- and we all know the PO loves that!

Juliana has had a fever for the last two days and last night she had a 103.8 fever and she was hallucinating. It was pretty scary. We took her to the doctor today and they tested her for strep, the flu, and a UTI. They all came up negative so we have just been keeping an eye on her.

We were supposed to go to an event for CCMC oncology department tomorrow and we can't go (for obvious reasons). We didn't tell her about it so at least she won't be disappointed.

OH no!! Poor little thing! I hope it's just a quick something that will pass overnight, and be gone by morning!

I hope so too. She can't catch a break. I guess this is what happens now that she has been finally exposed to all these germs. She was upset that she missed school today. I hope she will be able to go Monday.

Hi Tim - sorry to hear about Princess Juliana being sick. I sure hope she's doing better now and I know that fever stuff is not fun. I'm sending prayers and positive thoughts your way.... :hug:

Heather
