I read a lot of great comments about Kona and clearly you guys like it too! I say go for it, if you guys like it and look forward to it, you should go there. It's fun to make and create traditions! Hmm, pressed pot is really that good, huh? I like coffee but I'm a tea drinker but I'd like to try it. My DH would love it, I'm sure. We're actually trying 'Ohana for breakfast for the first time and very much looking forward to it. I've been told you can order the pressed pot so we'll see - maybe you'll convince me! The Tonga Toast would put me out!! I wouldn't be good for anything, I tell ya!

Baby?? Did you mention baby?? I think that sounds wonderful and I hope it all turns out for you guys! I know Juliana would be the best big sister a girl/boy could have!

Oh man...both the Tonga Toast and Macadamia Pineapple Pancakes sound good to me right now! And I'll drink the Kona Blend Coffee por favor!

For sure go with the Big Kahuna! Now that sounds like a breakfast you could put away. Noshing at the Poly ON ANYTHING sounds scrump-tatulicious to me!

And yes, a pressed pot, or maybe two!

The TC3 need to go here for breakfast! It is soo good and if you get there early enough it is surprisingly not too packed either. You can get here at 7:45 and still make RD at MK!!! Just be prepared to drop a few bucks. I wouldn't use your TS credits here though. Save those for your Le Cellier and Mama Melrose dinner TS's!!!

UMMMMMMMMMM what? No Tonga toast? I had to see what it was all about. Picture a 1/4 loaf of bread (sourdough)with bananas inside, lightly battered, lightly fried, then rolled in cinnamon & sugar. Then they give you the strawberry sauce to dip it in. It's actually like having a dessert for breakfast..... and who doesn't like dessert for breakfast?

Here is an idea for you.. after you stuff yourself silly with your "Ohana breakfast, before getting on the monorail, walk over to Captain Cook's... It is the Poly's CS. They sell Tonga Toast there for $5. Get one for the family and eat it going over to MK!

About the baby... I was just saying that probably, eventually, ummm most likely, at some point there could be another little one. I'm just saying.....

One good thing about the 4pm ressie is that after dinner we will still have time to ride some rides before Spectro @ 8 and the Wishes @ 9. I'm thinking we are going to have to watch Spectro from the Hub and just park it there to see Wishes. I want Juliana to be able to see Tink fly. She was amazed in March when she saw this. So I don't want to be too far down Main St. Then after the fireworks we will be part of the herd making its way to the busses. I know the line for POP is going to be ridiculous but what are ya gonna do?????

The Pasta- which I'd eat 1/2 of, bringing their total cost to oh, roughly $2.39

Creme Brulee'- Again, an egg, 1/2 cup milk and tablespoon of sugar. Grand total of brulee'- let's round up and say $.50 or so.

Grand total- $2.89
Add in cost of overhead for castle?- 2 CM's at 1 hour-- $20

You're still paying twice as much as it's worth.

But hey, it's all about location, location, location. We learned that little lesson last night (earlier in the day for you), eh?

Don't run around like cattle in a cheap western flick after Wishes! Grab a last minute Coke and settle yourselves down on a bench in front of Caseys and watch the Kiss Goodnight for a half and hour. You are getting a stroller for Jul., right?? She'll be asleep, you can kiss Mel in a most romantic place- and get things going on that passing comment you made earlier. . Then you can amble down Main Street like sane folk and waltz onto a semi-empty bus. Voila!

DH had the BLT sald and we laughed becuase they brought out a hlf a head of lettuce with the toppings on top of it. LOL! I guess that fancy. Tells you what we know about fancy. I had the prine rib and I can't remember if DH had the pork chops or something else. I'm thinking pork chops and they were a bit dry but OK,the prime rib was good, but not the best I ever had.

I heard one of the meals is just the fairy godmother and mice, someone was disappointed on their TR, something for you to check on if you were planning to see all the princesses.

We will bring our own stroller. We just gate check it on the plane.. very easy. I doubt she will be passed out though. Maybe we will people watch and stop in a few stores.

We will get to meet Cinderella downstairs before moving upstairs to the dining room. Then the Fairy Godmother and the mice will put on a show. There aren't any visiting princesses at dinner. We know this though so its fine... thanks for the heads up though!!

After CM's we are going to go play mini-golf at Winter Sumemrland and swim at the POP pool. I would think we would grab a bite to eat at POP for lunch.. This is still up in the air. We might just eat at the closest CS when we get hungry.

Juliana insists that she is going to dress up as Alice for MNSSHP. I'm still trying to decide what I'm going to be. I'm dressing up this time! Melody mentioned she might be Jasmine. The Disney store has the adult costume which doesn't has the open belly. I wouldn't mind being DJ Lance from Yo Gabba Gabba... but I should do something Disney. So another question for you... WHAT SHOULD I DRESS UP AS FOR MNSSHP????? I NEED IDEAS!!!!!!!!!

so here is my suggestion, my two cents, for whatever it's worth:

if Juliana is dressing up like Alice............ you should totally go as the Mad Hatter, come on you knew someone was going to suggest that didn't you? And I think you could really carry off the personality, meant as a compliment for sure

Or maybe you could be the white rabbit or a card or something a long those lines

We are so going to Chef Mickey's too, that is one place I know is a MUST for my family, all the classic characters, the fab five, can't wait Take lots of pictures for us

1 thing though.. DJ Lance is a twig. I have a little 'more' to me around the waist than he does. I've been looking online for the costume, which they have, but I haven't pulled the trigger yet. Plus how do you get that 'BOOM BOX' to Florida? Maybe it could be carry-on!! LOLOL

I was thinking of this too. I saw this costume which consists of the jacket and hat for $80!!! 2 things.. 1. I don't know if I was to spend that much money. 2. I really don't want to chance wearing a jacket & long pants around Disney in 80 degree weather. LOL

I'm all caught up. Sorry haven't had much dis time lately. Yay! I inspired you to do golf. We did WS and Fantasia. For WS we did winter but summer looked tempting too. We're doing Fantasia just because it's right across the street from the Dolphin vs. Taking a AK bus. If you do Fantasia then you could explore the boardwalk and maybe even sneak into epcot for a while. If you get APs.
Oh and I'm thinking of canceling my October trip.



and moving it to November 10-16. The Obsorne lights and MVMCP start the 10th and Emily's bday is on the 15th.

Epcot- Hidden characters. In a shop in UK they have Tigger, Eeyore, and Pooh together. Also varios characters all over WS with short lines. Auhora in france. In many Trs I read she is always by herself. So juliana would get some extra time.

Magic Kingdom- waking up tinkerbelle

Ak- You can be in the parade. When you get there go to Guest relations I think celebrate parade too.

My birthday is the 16th! We almost went that weekend instead of our October trip. I didn't know you can ask to be in the parade at AK. It won't work for us because we gotta rush out of AK by 4:00 to make our 7pm flight.
Love seeing characters at Epcot. Juliana had 7-8 minutes with Aurora in France(3/08).. with no one else waiting to see her. It was cute. Here are a few pics of it:

You could use your carryon as a boom box. Just cut out construction paper or wahtever before the trip to fit aroundit and then apck it. The nthe day of the party pull it out and tape it to the outside of the carry on.

You could use your carryon as a boom box. Just cut out construction paper or wahtever before the trip to fit aroundit and then apck it. The nthe day of the party pull it out and tape it to the outside of the carry on.

That's not a bad idea!!! I can put all my candy in there!! Now where do I put my suitcase when I want to do on the rides?

Love the pictures of Juliana with Aurora. I didn't even realize she was in France! We will definitely need to check her out over there since we won't be seeing her at CRT!

First off... Disney333, thanks for the Pixar Lamp tip! I've just added it to my growing list of hidden gems to-be-seen list. It's quite impressive already! But this is tooooo good; I'm still geekin' out about it!! (had to throw that in as a nod to our weekend's movie pick- The Incredibles. I love that line!)

Now, onto Chef Mickeys. Now, that's a place I can envision you eating your money's worth at. man, that menu looks good. Good enough to spend a long time in there, in fact.

Ha! I did notice the grey goose slushie too! Funny!

I must confess, I must be pop-culturally ********, because I've not the foggiest clue who this absurd looking dude is with obnoxious clothing and a too-large boombox. Can someone enlighten me as to the draw here??

i believe that i read that Columbia harbor house is closed during MNSSHP. i see that you are going early, but i'm not sure how early it will close.

as for the baby that may be some day in the future- i know that everyone is different, but i love having mine 3.5 years apart- they absolutely adore each other, and the fact that my dd can go and run to get whatever i forgot to get before i sat down to feed the baby- well that is a definite bonus too.

The TC3 should think about CM. Dinner is good here but the dessert bar is awesome. There are so many choices for dessert here.. MMMMMMMMMM.
