Time of day SW releases new flights?

I'm waiting to book SW for our Christmas trip and have read that those flights sell out quickly. I know they recently released fares through the fall. Does anyone know what time of day they release those, and is it always on Tuesday?

The release of dates through 10/27 was done last Friday, 5/26. In my experience, new dates seemed to be opened most often on Tuesdays, but as you can see from last week, that's not always the case.

As far the times, the new dates are generally released in the morning, maybe 9 or 10 a.m. central.

I think its safe to say they release new fares Monday - Friday. This last round of fare releases occurred at 10:30AM EST. I would bet that the next round of fare releases will occur sometime during the 1st or 2nd week of July.

It appears Southwest releases new fares 110 days out from the last current available reservation date.

Currently Oct. 27th is the last available date to book a reservation. Going back 110 days that would make the 1st or 2nd week of July the time of the next fare release. Keep in mind this is a trend and not anything official from Southwest. It's just something we on the Disboards have noticed over the past 2 or 3 years.
