Time of Day SouthWest Opens New AirFare Window?

I have the date that SW plans to offer my dates, and I know to keep looking as this may change, but once the day comes, what time of day can I make my purchase?

Usually by 10:00AM CST on the day they are released. However, it could be closer to 8:00 AM or it could be closer to noon.

When I booked for our November trip last year I did it as soon as SW opened their schedule and I don't remember the exact time but it was very early. I want to say before 6 am CST. I remember because I had an usual problems. I had more than 4 forms of payment and 7 people traveling and then I accidently booked the same flights twice due to a computer error on their end. It took me more than 45 minutes to book and another hour to clear up the "double" flights, but I was completely done with everything before 8 am CST.

Unless that day was unususal, I would get up early and just keep checking.

When they opened their window in November, I started checking at 6:00 AM and it didn't open until about noon, eastern time. That was a Sunday, so it might be different than week days.

It's been all over the map with the last few dates. For a long time it was consistently around 10 a.m. CT, then it went to about 5-6 a.m. CT, then for the last couple (done on Sundays, also new) it's been later in the morning again.

The best advice I can give is to get up early and start trying. They'll open eventually, although be prepared for the new dates to appear and disappear a few times--sometimes in the middle of booking--before the system stabilizes.
