Time Limits on Dining Options

If you stay 6 nights, I know that you get 6 restaurants, 6 counters, and 6 snacks, but

do they expire and if so when? For example, if I arrive late on a Monday night, stay six nights and leave on a Sunday, are my 6 options good Monday through Sunday midnight? or can I use them on the next day--Monday?

Since I arrive late on Monday night, that is one of the nights, so, of course, I can't use the snacks, counters, and sit-downs for that day, so can I carry them over and, if so, for how long?

Can you use, say, 3 counters in one day? 2 restaurants the next? and, say, 5 snacks the next day?

Your meals/snacks expire at midnight on the day you check-out. Yes - you can any combination of meals/snacks during any of the days of your stay, so your example of 3 counters in one day is correct.
