Time from Epcot to Contemporary

How long (approx.) will it take for us to get from Epcot to the Contemporary for a California Grill reservation? Which route would be best to take?

I would give it an hour and take the monorail from Epcot to TTC. Then, switch monorails to the resort loop to take you to the Contemporary.

Yep. There's really no other way. It takes about 12 minutes to get to the TTC from Epcot. It's probably the same or less from TTC to CR. if you assume a longish wait for the monorails, an hour is plenty of time. I would think if things go well maybe 35 minutes.

Something else to remember is once you get to the Transportation & Ticket Center and then get on the Resort Monorail it will first stop at the Polynesian, Grand Floridian, and Magic Kingdom before it arrives at the Contemporary.

Now if you feel like you might be cutting it short another option is taking a Taxi from Epcot to the Contemporary if you don't mind the cost involved.

Depending on where you are in Epcot, you have a few other choices. If you're back in the WS area, just exit via the International Gateway, walk over to BC and hop on their MK bus. Then, walk over to the CR..walk is about 8 mins.
Or, exit via the Intl Gateway, take the boat (or walk) to DHS and hop on the bus to the CR. That method would take about an hour as well. I always figure on an hour to get from point A to point B.

To the OP I am not sure if you already know this but I forgot to mention that when you do arrive at the Contemporary the check-in desk for the California Grill is located on the 2nd floor of the Tower and from there you take a specifc elevator up to the restaurant.
