Time frame for renting a car

I was wonder what is the time frame for renting a car? How long will it take? We are staying at the CSR and want to rent a car from Almo at the Car Care Center. I have not made any reservations yet wanting to see if the price drops. Also what are the hours at the Car Care Center?

I would make a reservation and see what happens. If the price drops, you can cancel the original. I have a reservation for next week that I have cancelled and rebooked at least 5 times when the price dropped.

I always make a reservation when I see what I think is a good price and then keep looking. I also make multiple ones.
