C'mon, Dis'ers!!! Let's hear from you recent cruisers. It's part of the Dis Code to share every last bit of info from your DCL experience!!!

I want to hear all about it on the trip reports board - tell me EVERYTHING!!! I NEED to know what time you got to port, where you ate every meal, what you had to eat (dessert especially!!!)...I even want to know the drink of the day!!! :drinking1 Until I embark on my own DCL adventure in November, I can only travel vicariously thru your reports!!!::yes:: :hyper:  pirate: :goodvibes :worship: :cheer2: :rockband: :thewave: :thewave:

The ship reports are VERY addictive! Almost as addictive as the DIS boards!

lookingforward

You and I will be writing ours soon!!!!!! Are you getting excited yet?

I keep looking too! Especially for Wonder updates...I have a bazillion questions that need answering.

Seeing as you will all be there before me, I expect to read your reports when you return.

I have never been to Disney or on a cruise... so anyone doing land and sea I really want to read!!

Lisa702, YES! I am so excited. Anxiously awaiting my documents. We all have to arrange to meet on board. We are going to Universal first and I am looking forward to that as well. I am also taking the kids on a surprise magic kingdom fireworks cruise the night before the cruise (with dinner at Ohanas). I can't wait! I was tempted to change my hotel reservations to Disney because they are offering florida resident rates for the budget hotels $49 per night. But the kids want the hard rock hotel.

P.S. I promise to promptly write my trip report when I return!

I like photos even more than trip reports. I have really enjoyed this thread where people have posted links to their pictures.

Have you checked it out? (My husband was teasing me today when I was looking at some and said, "I guess you want to be part of a different family." :p He can't believe I look at vacation pictures from people I don't even know....what can I say, I love to see pictures of the cruise and WDW).

Ooh Ooh! Let me barrage you with unsolicited advice!!!!

I adore WDW!!! May I recommend you get Birnbaum's Guide to WDW? - I get it every year, whether I have a trip planned or not! I love the details of every ride, show, hotel and restaurant. It's well organized, easy to read. A definite must before your trip, so you don't miss any personal "must sees" when you go!

Happy Planning!!!:wave2: :Pinkbounc  :bounce: :sunny: :hyper:

Thanks for the tip. I already have the Unofficial Guide, and have read it from cover to cover!

We booked a second week off site and if we haven't had our fill of the World we will be able to go back for a few days, although we want to go to SeaWorld, Daytona and Cape Canaveral also.
After the surviving the winter, I'm going to want a pool day too!!

Will have to take a vacation after the vacation to rest up!

Okay those of you just back from your cruise...time to get back on(dis)board again! We want to hear all about it!
