Okay, I'm back, AGAIN!
I started WISH about a year ago and did pretty well (lost somewhere between 10-15 pounds out of a goal of about 50).
Unfortunately, I have a job that gets extremely hectic during the months of January-April, probably more hectic than most people could imagine. Food during that time is basically anything I can get my hands on whenever I have the time to get my hands on it, and exercise beyond walking around the building (which actually adds up to a lot), is pretty much nothing. So, I fell off the WISH bandwagon.
I have decided that I am going to take a different approach to weight loss, even though the program I was on worked well and is pretty do-able. I just have too many social events and temptations, and I decided that instead of giving up or limiting certain items, even if it's for a limited amount of time, that I am going to focus more on exercise and eating in moderation.
Because of the cycle of hecticness (is that a word?) at my job, I am going to focus on my health and weight loss now through December. Not that I am going to let myself go hog-wild once January comes along, but when that time comes, I will focus only on maintenance until I can dedicate the time to exercise once again in May/June.
Anyhow, that's it for now, just wanted to make this "confession" to you all and ask for your support once again. I will definitely be a part of WISH again, at least until January where I may disappear for a while again!
