He most likely won't be able to. My parents might come down at some point and my mom said he could tag along with them if they drive instead of fly, but I don't know if he'd want to be stuck in a car with my dad for two days down and two days back.

Me too!

He's going to transfer down with his current employer, since they're nationwide and have already agreed to work with him on the transfer, and is going to look at applying for positions with Disney once it gets a little closer.
