There are so many threads on good restaurants...let's take it one level further! :cool1:

What is your favorite dish? Be sure to list what restaurant the yummy dish comes from! :goodvibes

I think the best thing I had was the cheddar soup at Le Cellier. I mean I could have eaten a gallon of it! Anyone know if there is a secret Disney recipe site? :)

Johnny B. Good chicken pasta at Whispering Canyon. Omg, that stuff was FANTASTIC! I hope they still have it when we go back in Sept. :goodvibes

Hands down, the pasta with the truffle sauce at the Hollywood Brown Derby is the best dish I've had anywhere!
Here it is from allears:
Orecchiette with Florida rock shrimp, spinach, zucchini, portobello mushrooms, tossed in a truffle pesto cream $17.29

I get it w/o the shrimp, as I'm a veg, and it is heaven!

The beef filet with macaroni and cheese at Jiko. I order it every time I go there!

Chicken Pot Pie at 50's Prime Time Cafe :thumbsup2

Here's the recipe, although I've never been able to get it quite as good as it is at Le Cellier.

Add me to the list of Cheddar Heads!!!

We dined at Portobello Yacht Club last August and my meal went something like this:
Appy - Shrimp with Prosciutto - herb-marinated Gulf shrimp wrapped with prosciutto di Parma roasted, served over field greens with roasted peppers, crispy leeks and 12-year-old aged balsamic vinegar.
Entree - Double Cut Pork Chop - Wood roasted and spice crusted double cut pork chop, served with garlic wilted spinach and balsamic onions.
Dessert - Frutta Fresca della Stagione - Fresh seasonal fruit with whipped cream.
That was a meal that was simply sensational.

We really liked the William Penn Pasta at LTT lunch.

I adored the salad at Ohana's. The dressing was amazing and I'm a person who almost always prefers my salads "dry" because dressing just doesn't usually taste right to me.

The strawberry soup at 1900 Park Faire is out of this world yummy! One of these days I'll try to make it at home when I feel like splurging! Heavy cream isn't something I normally include in my daily diet! :lmao:

I think the best filet I have ever had was last October at Le Cellier. We're going back again in September.

The most fun dessert I had was the S'mores at 50's PrimeTime Cafe. Delicious!

We love the mashed parm. potatoes at Chef Mickeys!! Makes my mouth water right now!

Nothing beats a nice warm Mickey Waffle - Heck any food in the shape of Mickey makes my heart flutter

i really enjoyed the sampler platter at the moroccan counter service

ceviche at San Angel Inn with a margarita chaser

Pan-seared Tilapia accompanied by Mango Sticky Rice and fresh vegetables and pineapple salsa, from the Grand Floridian Cafe lunch menu!

Boy that's tough.
Sit Down. Portuguese Seafood Stew. Spoodles.
Counter. Combination shawarma Platter. Tangierine Cafe.

Nine Dragons - Honey Sesame Chicken, pot stickers and Shao-Mai

At Spoodles on the Broadwalk for breakfast they use to have dish called "the Italian". When I was last month, I did not see. So I started the read menu, and it changed names. It called the The Poached Egg. I crave this when I get home. It two poached egg on the toast rounds. In the bottom of the dish there is mixture susage and tomatoe and some spices. It so Delicous.

I loved, loved, loved the meatloaf at the Whispering Canyon! By far my favorite Disney meal ;)
