Wait....some states don't change the time...???
. I was watching the weather last nite and the weather man said the only benefit is the kids do not have to go to school in the dark. Yet the UP of Michigan has no problem with it.It'll take a week before I adjust
When I vacation to another time zone, I'm fine
I'm up so early that I'll still see every moment of daylight.
But I'm already in a funk because fall is here, winter is approaching and I'm cold until MAY.![]()
I just thought about this and give or take a few days, but it is around 150 days. I would rather have it a little more dark in the morning and more sun in the evening. Not liking this whole time change thing. Awake at 4:30 this morning and have to work today. I see a very early bedtime tonight.
Now, when I get off work and it is dark, all I want to do is come home and hibernate. How many more days until the first day of Spring??????

I do enjoy having more daylight in the evenings during the summer months.
I hate springing forward and losing an hour... -_-The idea is that we supposedly save energy by shifting the daylight hours to the end of our work day. I don't know if that's true anymore.
Anyone else remember Double Daylight Saving Time? Back in1974 we had daylight saving time all winter long. I remember going to school in the dark.

I'm really thrown off. I keep thinking it is so much later than it really is and today has gone by sooooo slooooow because of it!
