Oh Lesley this is cruise just sounds heavenly! I sure hope we get to cruise someday with the kids, I know they would enjoy! I have truly loved these updates, but excited to see what AKL concereige level is like too.

Looks like you had a wonderful day at CC! The picture of the fruit is just beautiful. I love fresh fruit so that made my mouth water.
Looks like you had a great last night although bittersweet. I know how much I hate last nights at WDW. I can only imagine the cruise will be equally as bad.
How lucky for you getting to go back to Disney and staying at AK. I have told my DH that I don't think I could stand the thought of getting off the boat and heading straight back to Atlanta.
I am really hoping we can afford to add one night at Disney before we leave.

I just got caught up on your updates now that we are back. That is so sweet that Luke made Lauren a princess wand since she wasn't feeling well . I'm not crazy about Nassau either, I would stay on the ship too

What a fabulous surprise to see you back on here! My family and I stayed at both AKL Kidani and Boardwalk back in Nov./Dec. 2010 and are not sure when we will be getting back. Have not been on these boards in quite some time, so this was a wonderful treat! Need to visit Disboard more often and start planning our next trip!

Sigh, your update made me really miss the Dream. Hard to believe it's been almost 2 months since the fabulous cruise.
We rented the water trike on the first
Castaway Cay day. I asked the guy there how we'd know when our 30 minutes was up. He said that we'd be worn out before the 30 minutes was up so no worries
. He was right, they were fun but alot of work!

So, does the tooth fairy visit the Disney Dream?
That's too funny about knowing when your time was up. We told Lauren that the tooth fairy couldn't make her way inside cruise ships but that she would visit her at AKL when we get there the next day (which she will, stay tuned).

What a sweet pic of Lauren with her newly missing tooth! I'm sure that will be a lifetime memory...losing a tooth on the Disney Dream! Too bad Disney dollars are obsolete now, it would've been nice if the tooth fairy could have left her some!
I am so sad that it's your last day on the dream, but there's more Disney to come! I had forgotten about that too....hehe How exciting, it's like a whole new adventure!

Just wanted to say I loved all your posts and pics, you got some great ones! I was laughing at your Pirate night photo on deck, because somewhere down there in that sea of people sat my family and me!!! LOL! Diane and her family flashed up on the big TV screen during the show, when Jack made his entrance. I don't know if she knew that or not, but it was pretty funny!
Anyhow, crazy, hectic and fun, that was the last day for us, too. All of a sudden it got to the final hours! I was glad to hear you all had such a wonderful time. We sure did! I really have to remember to take advantage of room service on the cruises in Nov and Feb. I could do with cheese and wine, but I want a cookie!

That's too funny. We didn't see them flash up on the screen and I'm pretty sure they didn't see it either. Yes, room service will be a must! When are you cruising in February?

Great installment....but I too feel the sadness of any Disney trip coming to an end. The island just looks awesome....and I just love the closeness/brother-sister love between Luke and Lauren.
