It was our first time on a monorail resort, BLT, also. We had to go thru all the resort stops to get to MK, but it was great to be the first stop on the way out tho!!
Great pics on the last update, we tought about doing the Sorcer thing, but it didnt look very interesting at all.
GF looks beautiful!! Our Loren keeps telling us that she is going to get married there someday...hope she finds a rich guy!!!

BLT is a great resort, we loved it there when we stayed there a few years ago. Yes, you were lucky you skipped the sorcerer thing, it stinks because it really could have had potential if it would have been created a little differently. Hope she finds a rich guy too!
Those dine in movie theaters are getting more and more popular. I been to the
Alamo Drafthouse Dine-in Theater in Winchester, VA and it is only way I like going to movies anymore. I can only go to it when I visit my parents, but they see a new movie there almost every weekend.
They had such a good time, sure sounds like fun!
I am late to the report, but I can say that I am having a great time! So glad that you all were safe after the accident and kept moving forward!

We have a movie theater not too far away from where we live that has a menu & you eat while watching the movie. We love it there but usually spend lots with the cost of the movie & the food but great fun!!
GF is so beautiful. Yes, Lauren LOVES CoP, she begs to go over and over again.
Woah, talk about starting a trip with a bang, and not in a good way! Glad you all made it out fine. I teared up at that bit, and then again when Tim made you take it all in on Main Street and just hug it out.
Too bad you didn't like Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom. I was really looking forward to this one, as I love Kim Possible, but it looks like it hasn't lived up to the hype.

I am late to the party, but I cannot get over your accident. You're definitely right - God was looking over your family that day. You're very lucky! Also I love how you guys just decided to keep going when most people would just break down. I can tell that an experience like that really made your family appreciate not only your vacation, but each other. I love the love between you guys and all the big smiles when you got there!!
Also is your daughter a dancer?? I ask, because she's great at posing!!
Welcome! Yes, God was definitely looking over us. We appreciated the vacation on a totally different level. Yes, Lauren does take some dance but she honestly was born posing, if you ever read our previous TR's she has been posing like that since she was a baby, too funny.
oh those pics of the GF made me so wish I were there or at least could stay there again, just love that resort so much. As always enjoying your adventure and can't wait for the next installment!!

After reading about watching the Hunger Games from the dine-in theater, I want to do that now!
I'm going to have to pay better attention to my Fastpass times now. Most of the time, I do return towards the beginning of the window, but on occasion I liked to stockpile them to use in the afternoon and evening. I'll have to make sure the return time isn't during an ADR...sounds so complicated.
Yes, it was a terrifying experience. Can't wait for DVC to build at Grand Floridian, we will definitely use poinots to stay there. Yes, you will need to pay closer attention to FP times for sure ; )
Wow...mega updates. What a good first full day. Definitely makes things a little better...and yes Space Mountain is rough. I rode about 2 weeks ago and I was like WOW. I think I need to go the chiropractor now...they need one stading at the exit.

You are selling me on the GF. As I said previously I've always thought of it as stuffy. But your pictures are stunning. Did I understand you correctly that there aren't any actual guest rooms in the main building? I never knew that.
Thank you for the honest review of the new Sorcerer's game in MK. If the kids didn't ask to do it again I'd say that speaks volumes... but we will probably give it a try in May ourselves.

Yes, it was quite the update, glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for all of the sweet comments, definitely makes the long updates worth it. The 1:1 time with the kids are some of my favorite park times. GF is amazing, the larger room space was great. Yes, "we made it" surely took on new meaning to us this trip. Thanks for the kind words and taking the time to post : )
What a wonderful TR so far...except for the start of it! That's just awful! I'm so glad to read that every one was O.K. I was most impressed with how you all kept chugging along to Disney! Now THAT's Disney love!! The GF looks absolutely stunning, I cannot wait to stay there in 4ish months! Your day at MK seemed lovely. Your pictures make me feel like I'm there

We love that Winnie the Pooh queue! It's soooooo fun! We actually haven't gone on the RIDE since it opened, just played in the queue!
