Help, it looks like there's no longer the Hunny Pot over by Winnie the Pooh? Where do you get Tigger Tails? :worried:

We were there in December and got sweets in Critter Country. I think the shop is called Pooh Corner (per the Disney Parks app on my phone).

DLR newb question time! :goodvibes What's a "Tigger Tail"?

It was there not this last weekend but the weekend before........

Tigger Tail is what to used to be heaven on a stick, now it's not as good.
3 or 4 marshmallows on a stick dipped in caramel, then in chocolate and coated with orange sugar. It used to be the same except they used orange flavored chocolate.....so gooooooooooooooooood

Okay, that sounds amazing. :cloud9: Maybe they'll be there in October! I'm crossing my fingers!

We bring a mini cooler home full of trigger tails and other sweets from poohs corner for family. Better than a mug or shirt they say hahaha

Trigger Tails? Now I would love to see that. :rolleyes1

:rotfl2:

Sorry I know it was a slip of the finger! I do it alot myself. It made me laugh and I needed a good laugh this afternoon :goodvibes

Thanks for sharing the post HydroGuy.

I cannot believe they changed such a successful recipe, and for such a stupid reason. Getting rid of trans fat :confused3 Its a marsh mellow treat, its never going to be healthy.

I have not tried the new tigger tail but the orange chocolate covering is what made it IMO.

I have to agree- the new version is just not as good.:headache:

We still have them each trip but I'm not as big a fan. And I personally don't care for the crunchy sparkle orange stuff on them. Not that that really stops me from eating them though!:rolleyes1

Last time I went they also had purple ones. I think they were Alice in Wonderland themed. Sadly, these had that yucky crunchy sparkle coating & weren't as good either.

I'm actually going to make some for our drive down & surprise DS & DH! Super excited!! Hope I can nail that orange flavored chocolate coating- there's really no comparision!!:worship:

I've never had tigger tails but your comment made me think of something. Loranne makes an orange oil. A few drops to your melted chocolate should give it an orange flavour. Add only a little at a time so your chocolate won't sieze. You probably want these ones https://www.lorannoils.com/p-8513-orange-oil-natural.aspx

Cool! Thx!!:thumbsup2

I was thinking of just using orange colored candy melts. And then maybe adding more orange flavor to it...so I just might have to give this a try!

I was just looking on a map and didn't see it. Glad to hear it's still there!

The tigger and cheshire tails were one of my most coveted got to have DL treats. Then they changed them to crunchy/plasticy no flavor tails.
