:D Well I got home from school, and I desperately wanted some cereal, so I had cereal. 3 points. Then I wanted pringles, so I had some. 3 more points. AND I DON'T FEEL BAD! I KNOW WHAT I ATE AND I COUNTED IT!

And in the library today Ben wanted to sit by me, and only me (he acutally pushed Jake out of the seat so I could sit down next to him :goodvibes )

Gator Guy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hi and welcome!!! Yup, this is the first team I have ever wanted really bad to lose on! Take me with you on your trip...and they are BOUND to have salads. If not, eat off the burger bar...or order a burger with no meat, no cheese, no bun, no pickles (unless you like them) and on and on until there's only veggies left.

Holy snafu, WISHers!!! That's a load of a lotta points there! 6 fps used. Not too shabby, don'tcha think? I couldn't even eat my dinner.

I also went to a meeting thing where I was awarded a Quiz Bowl award. First girl EvEr!!! Yahoo! They had cookies and soda and water. No cookies, only water for me! Yeah!

Exercise: gym exam. I did pretty well. I couldn't run five laps though. Oh well. 30 minutes of torture, plus about 15 minutes MARCHING! Yes!

MMMM Bob Evans cheddar potato soup. Wonderful!! Good resistance though as the dessert there can lure you into anything. :confused3

When is school out where you are? Here, they've been done a week already, but go back Aug 11 or something hideous like that.

Hi all! Today was very wonderful.
I do have some horrifically bad news. K's mother in law died. It's so sad. I didn't know her but please keep K, his two year old son and his wife in your prayers if you could do that.

Hi goldcupmom!! Thanks. And, BTW, you don't have to be a cheerleader to cheer. It's a bonus. You just have to be positive, enthusiastic and a little bit on the nutballish side. Exercise: Very little. The senior awards ceremony was in the gym, so I couldn't possibly have played anything without running into stuff. Which I do on a regular basis but not on purpose. I don't see what the difference would have been. 5 minute walk home.

Water: oops...next question, please! :teeth:

I feel like DANCIN' but I have a history study guide to type. Fun City Arizona. :rolleyes: I'm gonna dance though! You can bet your bottom dollar (does that make it toilet paper?) that I'm gonna boogie some time tonight!

OMG!!! That's WAAAAY too early to go back! My kids don't get out of school til June 8, and they don't go back day after labor day! YIPPIE :)

You're going to Cedar Point, as in ROLLER COASTERS???? My DD would be SO envious of you. She is my daredevil! We're going to Busch this trip just so she can ride Shei Kra. NOT ME!! I used to , but with age I now get nauseous, and STAY nauseous for at least a day. I'd love to, tho, and come to think about it, if I'm nauseous, maybe I won't eat. HMMMMM..........

Nutballish I am. You should ask my kids. If it's weird, I probably have instigated it. I used to teach High School - I'm just a big kid. I'm still trying to find a shirt I saw in Savannah on a gym trip (they didn't have it to fit me) it says "Cleverly disguised as a responsible Adult". That's me.

Ok, I figure you have at least 5 pts left. You need filling, but pointless. Light bread and turkey or ff cheese and you can make 2 sandwiches for 3 - 4 points. Lots of fiber to fill you. Frozen dinner & salad or vegs. (or ice cream and be hungry!) Some days I consume all my points in Chocolate. One day it was all in twinkies. Another it was cake. See, I can be very creative with my points. My WW leader just laughs. When we were almost at the number of people we needed to keep the class I wanted going, I talked the plumber (there to fix the toilet) into being weighed and made everyone chip in to pay so we'd have the right number of people. Yes, I'm strange.

Keeps life interesting. My DH is an Engineer.....need I say more........and has british roots besides.........BORING!!!! I guess opposites really do attract.

Really? I've never been very good with geography. I love Kings Island but visit it very rarely. Come up on Friday! I'll be there! Gotta get back to homework. On with the Marshall Plan!

Just finished my dance mix. 36 minutes! Woo buddy, kicked MY butt! I'm sweating...my heart is pounding...and it's an awesome thing! I probably stink because I kicked my OWN butt. Not too hard to do when you're a cheerleader!

Did anybody else catch the thingamabob about the new workplace with the walking treadmill desks? Or my favorite fact, that fidgeting burns nine calories an hour? Standing around burns 100 per two hours. We can stand our way to Disney!!

I did Day 3 of the 5 day Abs! I think it was really short. 6 minutes maybe, plus a 3 minute arm workout. I am an exercise maniac.

Y'know why?!?! I just measured my tummy. I'm at 40 inches, but that's what I get for measuring at night. Can ANYBODY say ANYTHING that could be doing this to me? I can't be gaining water-weight already can I? :scared1: NOOOOOO! Maybe I need to change up my exercise or something...any exercise suggestions. I walk, dance to my music, and do the FIRM. I need suggestions for good workout media, like a salsa dancing tape! I need suggestions, Please? I need to bash the scale. Its prescence is freaking me OUT!!! :badpc: :badpc: :badpc: :badpc: :badpc: Unofficial Weigh IN: 191-186=5 lbs. Could be water weight, but again, for dramatics... :scared1: NOOOO!
 
Hmmmm.. Down 5 lbs - that's good. Are we talking waist or abdomen?

Could be water, are you drinking anything carbonated? They say that can actually add 2". Not enough fiber? Is it hot where you are? That could cause retention.

Remember the 'bloat' can come mid month.

I was just looking back thru your journal. I am also 5'3+" and I started my journey in 1/2003 @ 198.8, so I know where you are. It's not easy.
